Biography

Dr. Barker has a passion for helping students see God’s design in His creation of living things. She especially enjoys teaching Human Anatomy/Physiology, where students discover how microscopically complex and unique God’s creation of Man is. She has been teaching in Christian schools for over 23 years with a variety of courses including: Biology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, and Anatomy/Physiology.

Dr. Barker has been married to her husband for 45 years and they have three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking in the mountains, reading, photography, and attending numerous bible studies.
