Biography
Jackie Perry is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor whose
clinical work has focused primarily on counseling adolescents, emerging adults, and families for the
past 30+ years. She currently maintains a practice solely focused on supervision and consultation.
Jackie is also the Founder/President of The SoulWell Center, a non-profit organization based in
the Asheville area. The SoulWell Center integrates biblical truths and biopsychosocial findings to
address some of the biggest problems of today – loneliness, division, and rising
mental health issues. They do this by equipping individuals and organizations to become attuned listeners who reflect the heart of Christ as they learn how to hold a safe space for others. She enjoys speaking on this topic as well as issues related to parenting adolescents and emergent adults.
Jackie resides in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband John. Together they are the parents of
three married, adult children and the grandparents of an adorable toddler. They both love the outdoors and consider a family hike that culminates with a view of the mountains to be an absolutely perfect day.
