Biography

Jacob Reid joined the College of Education at Columbia International University in 2025. Before joining the College of Education, Dr. Reid worked as an adjunct dissertation mentor in the College of Intercultural Studies at CIU. Dr. Reid has taught in higher education both in the United States and internationally since 2008. He and his wife, Abby, are both CIU grads and served together as educators and ministers of the gospel in Central Asia and the South Caucasus. They have five children.
